Choosing the right Trademark Registration Package or Service

Magnum IP offers two types of trademark registration services: standard packages, and custom registration services.

1. Standard Trademark Registration Packages

We offer three standardised trademark registration packages that are suitable for different types of client:

A. Basic: Suitable for trademark owners with well established brands and who have been trading for a number of years with the same trademark without incident (i.e. not hearing of anyone else with the same or similar name). This is the least conservative option, but involves the lowest cost and still ensures that a trademark lawyer will personally prepare your application. More info.

B. Standard: Designed for trademark owners who are already trading, and who are not likely to want to re-brand as a result of advice regarding potential difficulty in registering the trademark. This is our most popular package, and it attempts to balance the need to keep down the costs of applying for a trademark with the need to ensure that you’re not wasting your money on an application that will fail or will be difficult to register. C. Premium: Suitable for anyone, but ideal for those who are starting a business or launching a new brand. This is the safest option and will give you comfort that you will not be wasting money on a trademark that will be difficult to register and that you will not be infringing anyone else’s rights by using your own trademark. These packages are aimed at securing basic rather than comprehensive protection for your trademark in that they involve filing for one trademark (e.g. a logo or a name) in just one class.
