Madrid System Members

The Madrid Protocol and the Madrid Agreement provide streamlined processes to trademark owners who are seeking protection in more than one country.

If you are applying for trademarks overseas, you should be aware of whether the countries you are applying for are members of the Agreement or Protocol or both, as this will affect your trademark registration strategy.
